Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box and include the provided return packing slip.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label generated by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
